The guidelines below are not yet incorporated in the documents above. The list is updated occasionally:
[[Category:Safety]]

* If you have special reasons to leave a process unattended in a fumehood, please limit the time (max ~30-60 min) and attach the usual note (name, contact info, return time) and be prepared to be flexible if approached by other users. (Nov. 2013)
* Since we only have two multipurpose hoods (in addition to the ones for spinning and etching) some waiting time may be expected when other users are active, as for any other tool in the lab.
* Empty chemical bottles should be placed in the dedicated space under sink from where they are later removed by staff. There is no need to wash the bottles in the clean room. (Nov. 2013)
* HF guidelines: disposable arm/sleeve covers are donned as a part of the personal protective equipment.
* Open toed shoes are accepted (Sep. 2013)
* Beakers should be washed with milli-Q water (and not DI water as listed in the guidelines). (Nov. 2013)
* Chemical groups
* Filled out APVs

== Emergency ==
* If you call the emergency services via 112 you must send a colleague to the main entrance of HCØ (Universitetsparken 5) to help the paramedics locate the site of the accident.
* Hospital emergency room: The local emergency is the Bispebjerg Skadestue, 23 Bispebjergbakke, 2400 Copenhagen NV.
