  • MEK: Methyl ethyl ketone, 2-Butanone
  • MQ: Shorthand for Milli-Q, which is ultrapure water, also referred to as Millipore/MP.
  • EL: Ethyl lactate
  • TMAH: Tetramethylammonium hydroxide
