eLine usage and reservation guidelines

If you don't have an account write to (Morten K.) and he will provide you with username and password.

  • Between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm on weekdays, you should:
    • not reserve more than 3 hours.
    • not book a 2nd slot, before the 1st one is done
  • You can delete booking only before the starting time.
  • If you finish earlier, you are encouraged to write to the experiment mailing list that the machine is free.
  • NW wafer exposures and certain other processes such as high res. automated imaging take longer and exceptions are made.
