Cleaning recipe
It is recommended to use the following recipe to clean the surface of your sample:
- 1,3-dioxolane 3 mins
- Acetone 2 mins
- IPA 1 min
- Blow dry with N2 gun 30 sec
- Oxygen plasma ashing 2 mins
