Cleaning recipe

It is recommended to use the following recipe to clean the surface of your sample:

  • 1,3-dioxolane 3 mins
  • Acetone 2 mins
  • IPA 1 min
  • Blow dry with N2 gun 30 sec
  • Oxygen plasma ashing 2 mins
