This page is dedicated to waste handling. We aim to sort out chemical waste, recycle consumables and repurpose if possible.

Empty chemical bottles	CR1 below right fumehood
Clean glass or Si wafers without resist	CR2 below left fumehood
Silicon wafers with resist	CR1, DiscoDAD saw, process lab next to manual scriber
III/V samples	CR2 below right fumehood, process lab next to manual scriber
Glove cardboard boxes	Cardboard recycling in CR gowning area
Needles and blades	CR2 below left fumehood, disco saw room
Tweezers, Wafer boxes and ultraplast boxes	Hand them out to the cleanroom team
Membranes from disco dad saw	General trash
Membranes from loomis scriber	III/V waste below Loomis scriber
Gloves contaminated with III/V particles from loomis scriber	III/V waste below Loomis scriber
