* ''Contact support'': Tycho is a cluster installed at the HPC center at the faculty of SCIENCE. The administrators can be contacted by e-mail: [support@hpc.ku.dk]. They will help with system related issues, such as problems with hanging frontend machines or compute nodes, storage that is not accessible, etc, and they will intervene in case of larger problems such as power cuts. They can also help with installation of non-specific system wide software.
